FARA Energy Ball

Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) is a debilitating neuromuscular disease that is caused by a lack of energy production that our cells need for proper function and survival. Over a short period of time, FA affects muscle coordination and eventually leads to a life-altering loss of mobility, energy, speech and hearing, robbing children and young adults of the ability to live an active life. Since 2009 it has been a privilege to assist FARA with branding and collateral design for the annual "Energy Ball" fundraiser event.

Initially we were engaged to produce the brandmark and name the gala event. With the success of our initial efforts, we were asked to create the "save the date" card, invitations, program, billboards and website. Through hard work, great people and some very generous patrons, the inaugural event raised over $1 million to directly fund research for a cure for this debilitating disease.
